Back in 2011 word hit the airwaves that President Obama had finally managed to quit smoking after 30 long years. But recently, pictures surfaced of the POTUS and the Italian Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi as they appear to be sharing a smoke on a balcony together. We wonder what Michelle has to say about this?!
