Lemon Juice and Celery Can Reduce Cholesterol and Hypertension

Ingredients:

  • one lemon
  • 400g of celery root
  • 2dl water

Preparation:

Wash the lemon well and then slice it and grind the celery. Put the two deciliters of water in a big pot and add the sliced lemon and the ground celery. Put the pot on a heat and bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about twenty minutes on medium heat.

After twenty minutes, take the pot off the heat. Let the mixture cool for 6 hours minimum, and it would be even better if you leave it overnight to cool. In the morning, or after the 6 hours, strain the mixture and transfer it into a glass bottle. Consume a deciliter of this beverage before your meals, or around three times daily.

Mineral water is also good for regulation of blood pressure, so you can add it to drinking this beverage, a deciliter of this juice and a deciliter of mineral water is the winning combination.

Keep the bottle in a cool place. Consume this juice for two months and then make the regular blood test to check how things are going and to see if there are some improvements in your blood count.
