Old Navy Tweet Spurs Social Media Firestorm
An Old Navy advertising caused a social media marketing firestorm this last weekend.
On Friday, the garments merchant tweeted a photo depicting a household of three decked in Old Navy attire. While that in and of it self may seem innocuous, the very fact your family ended up being interracial with a white male, black female, and mixed-race youngster seemed to rankle the ire of social media’s many deplorable racists.
