When she became female, Caroline became a showgirl in Paris as well as doing modelling but she was constantly hiding that she grew up as a male for a long time. She starred in the 1981 Bond film For Your Eyes Only as a Bond girl and was also the first transgender model to appear on Playboy‘s front cover as she revealed her trans identity.
