PB & Chocolate Do-si-dos Icebox Pie

Yesterday I was reminded that bikini season is coming up. Approaching? Spring only just began. Shouldnt We have two months of carefree eating before i need to be worried about bikini strings cutting into my own body like a trussed pork loin.

Seems like manner could be the meals authorities during my circle of buddies. Combined with the bikini, its all about squeezing into skinny jeans. Its so very bad they stare at a dessert and ask, will it be skinny jeans approved. Nobody listens in my experience, but my advice use stretch pants. For bikini period we have been weeks days, from it.
Therefore until the time concerns sweat down to a summer time svelte form lets simply consume and luxuriate in!

  • 25 Oreos
  • 7 tablespoons of butter, melted

Chocolate Mousse Layer:

  • 12 cup plus another 1 12 cup cold whipping ointment, split use
  • 8 ounces high quality semi-sweet chocolate potato chips
  • 4 tablespoons powerful coffee, brewed
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 12 glass broken Do-si-dos

Peanut Butter Mousse Layer:

  • 14 glass plus another 1 14 cup cold whipping ointment, divided usage
  • 14 tsp gelatin
  • 14 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 3 tablespoon fine sugar

Garnish:

  • 2 ounces chocolate, melted
  • 14 glass broken Do-si-dos
  • 12 whipped ointment

To help make Oreo crust:

  1. Spray springform pan with bake spray. Set-aside.
  2. Place Oreos in a meals processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, location Oreos in a Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  3. Add melted butter to broken Oreos and mix to mix. Press Oreo mixture onto wall space of springform pan and bake at 350 levels F for around 12 moments. Eliminate from range and reserve on a wire rack to sweet entirely.
