Last week there was an epic twitter battle between Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West that started out harmless enough when Wiz made an indirect comment mentioning WAVES, which happens to be the name of West’s new gospel album. But Kanye took it to heart even though Wiz never mentioned him specifically, and he came back with a vengeance like only Kanye can.
Then he immediately followed that tweet up by calling out Wiz directly and saying something about having his wife’s initials in Khalifa’s previous tweets.
But much later after countless ridiculous tweets by Kanye, Wiz finally responded with what might be my favorite tweet in this whole shit show:
Kanye had such poor taste the way he handled this whole thing, he didn’t hesitate to go below the belt with his comments bringing up Khalifa’s kids and family
But then West may have made his biggest mistake by bringing Amber Rose into it, who is the mother of Khalifa’s child.
Amber Rose, who also used to date Kanye, didn’t hesitate to go and put West in his place.
So some time has gone by since the twitter battle and last night Amber Rose and Kim Karsahian posted a selfie of them together on twitter. Which pretty much implies that, at least on the female side of things, the beef may be squashed.
Then today Kanye followed up saying that he and Wiz had spoken and all was good.
Hopefully this guy learns his lesson.
