Summer is a fairly predictable season. You”ll inevitably go to a baseball game, take a vacation, light off some fireworks, and so on. During winter, people fantasize about their summer plans to get their minds off of the awful cold, with most people dreaming of taking a trip to the beach.
The beach is supposed to be the place where you relax and get tan. It”s where the sun beats down on you and when you get too hot, you take a dip in the ocean. Yet in Russia, you can expect your nice, relaxing beach day to be ruined by something like this…

This isn”t the first time that this rare occurrence has happened in Russia, and it definitely won”t be the last. Just be sure to bring a heavy duty umbrella if you ever plan on going to a beach in Siberia.
